No offense, but that is a vague question. However, some key differences are: Capitol is very bright and colorful, while the Seam is washed out looking. Capitol has very weird and awkward fashion, while the Seam is more practical. Capitol people have excess everything, while people of the Seam have to struggle for survival. Hope that helps
