What you're referring to [what I'm guessing you're referring to anyway] is the Kabah. Kabah is symbolised as the House of God. Muslims don't worship the 'black box'. They pray towards the direction of Kabah [if it makes sense?]
The Kaaba is built around a sacred black stone, a meteorite that Muslims believe was placed by Abraham and Ishmael in a corner of the Kaaba, a symbol of God's covenant with Abraham and Ishmael and, by extension, with the Muslim community itself. It is embedded in the eastern corner of the Kaaba.
You mean with the black box the Kaaba. Muslims walk around Kaaba as a ritual worship per God (or Allah) command.
it is for asking God to forgive their sin.
in Islam it is believed that God made this cube for human who want to ask God forgive them.
Islam is not a monotheistic religion instead it is paganism worship because it has Idol kabba (black box) in Mecca where people visit and kiss the black stone believing that their sins will be taken.
Muslims only worship the one and only God, Allah, and do not worship anything else, including a black box. The 'black box' that you are referring to is properly called the ka'bah, and is believed by Muslims to have been built by Adam originally and then rebuilt by Abraham. It is considered to be the most sacred place of worship in Islam. Muslims do circumambulate the ka'bah and do face it during prayer, however Muslims DO NOT worship the ka'bah itself. To say that would be as absurd as saying that Christians who go to Church worship the Church itself or Jews who go to the synagogue worship the synagogue itself. The ka'bah is merely symbolic and is considered to be the 'house of Allah' hence Muslims face it during prayer, but actually worship only Allah.
Islam is the religion, Muslims are the ones who follow the religion. They do not "worship" Islam, as Christians don't worship Christianity.

The language used in Islam worship is Arabic.
People worship in various faith for they believe in their faith, which is the same in Islam. People worship Islam because it is what they believe in. They believe in Islam as being the final revelation of God.

Islam is a religion, and religions are about worshipping god and a guideline to life on what is right and wrong so therefore the answer is no, Islam does not oppose worship.
Islam is a religion per God revelation of Quran to prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Followers of Islam are called Muslims. No Muslim worship Islam or Muhammad.
