Parents are required by law to protect their children. Not to mention the fact that they protect you because they love you.
Parents are not "evil" they are protective over their children.
They're too danged over-protective.
Yes, most likely. Most girls don't appreciate how their parents watch over them; they want their freedom even though their judgment might not be what it should be so they could protect themselves.
Because they love them so much, they don't want them to get hurt or to grow up they want them to stay kids forever.
Because they are stupid and over-protective
Do your best to look like Janeane Garofalo, and to adopt her "informed" way of thinking!
Because it's that age where your starting to be a teen and getting different hormones and you start going through changes . Also getting older . So parents start to worry more. So don't be mad at your parents if there being over protective . They care and love you.
Don't let you stay out too lateOver protective parents will regularly monitor your phone and computer
They are very protective. Don't worry, parents are strict on guys too.
Thank your lucky stars that they care.I know so many parents the don't give a crap where their kids are or what they are doing.I "was" over protective with me kids(perhaps a bit to much) My "guess" would be that they care a lot about you and they just want to protect you from what can be an "awful world" with some "awful people".I'm not sure how old you are but please do "try" to look at it from their prospective ;) If you would like you can reply to Jatikon@aol.com
He could be over-protective because hes afraid to lose you. When a guy is over-protective over a girl, its usually because he either has trust issues, or he loves you so much he's afraid to lose you, or both.
As a minor you can not sue anyone, you need your parents to do so. And if you get abused at home you can call the Child Protective service or the police. If the physical altercation cause such damage you need surgery etc it would go on the health insurance your parents have and that you are on.
