if u mean why do they both have nine tailed fox spirits then that is simple. It is because when the nine tailed fox came and wrecked everything it left huge amounts of chakra lying around everywhere. If you remember from the early episodes of Naruto, Naruto fought Neji Hyuga -Hinata's cousin- and Naruto won. Hinata can only stop Naruto's chakra but not the nine-tailed fox's chakra. This way, Naruto would summon the chakra and defeat Hinata like he did with Neji. It is highly unlikely that there will be an episode with Hinata fighting Naruto.
