If you are doing exercise to lose weight and your side stomach starts to give you a sharp pain, it means that you are getting a good work- out. Make sure you stretch really good before and after working-out. If you do get a side ache, stop your work-out for a minute and streth out your side muscles!
No, if you have recently done strenuos exercise on that muscle and have a healthy diet your body will be repairing the muscle bigger and stronger
that is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. i don't think it will hurt you to get up and get some exercise. now the only way to lose weight without doing anything is to go anorexic and that is super unhealthy and stupid. so suck it up and go run on a treadmill!
You could get hurt and injure yourself
Well actually it's "No Pain, No Gain" not sure where you got 'Game' from but okay! And yes! If you dont push yourself and dont feel any pain, then you wont achieve the best results you can from exercise! It's gotta hurt to work! Sorry!!

Breastfeeding helps your stomach go down alot, it may hurt at first but it is worth it, and also try belly dancing and hula.
I have no appendix!
Exercise. Though i must say that there are many other ways to excercise without getting brused or hurt so much.
Yeah. It does.
Don't worry about it. You're young, and you'll likely grow out of it. But eating well and in decent proportions with regular exercise wouldn't hurt.
no exercise cannot hurt u unless u are NOT exercising properly or u have had a recient accident to do with ur body part that you are working out.
Not necessarily. Of course, if you exercise improperly (such as bouncing at the bottom of a squat, in my opinion) you may injure your knees. Even assuming that you exercise properly, after several decades of training your knees may hurt a bit during exercise. This does not happen to everyone. If you always warm up properly and use perfect exercise technique, it may never happen to you. Exercise selection, too, is important. For example, it is a good idea never to do heavy leg raises because they really stress the knees. Even if your knees eventually hurt during training, there may be ways to work around it. For example, if regular back squats hurt your knees, switch to box squats. Box squats are much more difficult, which means that you will use less weight; using less weight means less stress on your knees.
