i think animals will know they will die at some point but they just dont know when :)

Where should animals live and why?
Animals should live somewhere where there is shelter and where they can get food that is familiar with their habitat. If they dont have atleast shelter, the animal is most likely to die. And if they do have shelter but dont have the spacific food that they are familiar with, then that is another way that they can die off of.

Why do plants and animals need to reproduce?
Because we eat animals such as cows and pigs. If they dont reproduce, the population will decrease. And then their will be no more meat to eat and we might die. The same things with plants because if both plants and animals die then we will surely die also.

You can't make baby animals. You have to let them spawn normally. If your world was created in a version older than 0.6.0 then no baby animals for you. Meaning if the world has to be created in 0.6.0 or newer for baby animals to spawn.
How can a drought change an environment?
Plants wont grow because they dont have any water.. & animals need plants to eat or they will die.. If animals die then we will be hungry because we cant eat them... Etc
