you messed your truck up
are the tires the same size and did you take this to a shop they could of adjusted your brakes when the wheel were off i know at my shop when we tend to do tires f the rear brakes need to be adjusted we will do them in the tire package if this is the case after a good run in the car with a bit of braking it should go back to about the same as it was once pad make there new grooves
sounds like your brakes are locked up make sure park break is fully released. if not park brake, thenput new brakes in
Only on a front wheel drive vehicle. On a rear wheel drive the rear tires wear faster. rotate your tires every 10,000 miles and they will wear evenly.
Yes the 240sx Is back wheel drive, but its called RWD or rear wheel drive. Meaning the rear tires move the veheical
Depending on your transmission, assuming it is a gear drive and not hyrdo, the brakes could be locked on the unit, or it could be hung in gear, are you able to change gears using the gear shift ???
Probably means you have a "front wheel" drive car....your front tires are what make your car go, not the back. I have front wheel drive on my car and once on a rainy day...my front wheels spun out taking off from a stop sign...wierd! I hate front wheel drive cars!
Front wheel drive
wet its tires (back ones) and hard right/left it while going forward.
if they are locked up all the time check your e-brake handle and cables, if that is not the problem and you have a disc drum set up check the adjustment of your shoes. if your back tires are only locking up while braking i would consider checking and or replacing you metering valve
always cross to the power. ie-front wheel drive. back tires cross to the front. and visa-versa for rear wheel drive. 4x4-cross in an x pattern.
Pins on the brake disk on transaxle are rusty and stuck.
If the tires are the same circumference, no. If they are different, it will cause problems with the drive train.
