They're not. They just have a different perspective on creation and life. Unfortunately this causes conflict with people who believe they have all the answers through their own personal belief system, religious or otherwise. There are many unanswered questions about life and the universe its just that atheists tend to approach the subject a little more scientifically.
Most groups feel they are more intelligent than groups that don't agree with them. In the case of Atheists vs Theists the definition of "smarter" is difficult to quantify or define. That said, data indicates the the more education a person has the more likely they are to be atheists or at least secular in their outlook. This applies to countries as well as individuals as countries with higher levels of education are found to be more Atheist or secular. Similarly the earning levels of Atheists (on average) is higher than Theists. Other studies assert that the IQ levels of the two groups are comparable.
I think people would be a lot smarter.
because our society sucks and can't think for themselves.
not as smart as they think. we can and should all be smarter than we are
I actually think a pig is smarter because on tv I saw a pig that played dead to attract people then led the people to its owner who was having a heart attack.
I think that on average the people from Tel Aviv are smarter, but the sharpest minds in Israel are probably in Jerusalem.
Yes he is a Christian even if people think he is an atheist or a satanist .
Because it doesn't matter what they think. Everybody different.
There is no impact. If people don't like people of a different sexuality, it's because that's just how they think, not because they're atheist. There isn't an atheist book about what you should think about heteros/homos/trannys etc.
everybody has different opinions. some people might think she is pretty and some people may not.
Because not everybody is going to think the same and people think bad things of other people as well it's not just you.
no yea some people dont think that they do,but they usully do.
No, there really isn't. What do you think it means to 'get smarter'?
