Bats are adapted to hunt at night. This is because bugs tend to fly at night and provide an abundant food source while predators such as hawks, falcons, eagle, etc. don't hunt at night. Bats have poor eyesight (blind as a bat) -- they can find their food at night because they use sonar, that is they makes sounds and listen for the echos and they are very good at this.

Because they hunt at night they have to rest during the day. I don't know about vented, but bats perch and sleep in secluded places to avoid predators. They hang upside down because they can't fly from a standing start, hanging upside down they can release their grip, open their wings and they're flying almost instantly.

How long into the night would one have to wait before seeing bats fly?

Bats are nocturnal, meaing they are mostly active at dusk and night, however it is not uncommon to see bats in the daytime. However the best bet for spotting bats is during the dusk hours in an area full of bugs and sparse trees such as grasslands. Bats are small and dark colored so spotting them against trees at dusk is difficult. Also look for an area with bugs flying around as that is bats primary form of food depending on species.

What pokeball shall you catch heatran?

through ultra balls us dusk balls but u shud put it to sleep then through lots of ultra balls dusk ballsThis is another answer by another author:I agree that you should use ultra balls and dusk balls, but instead of puting it to sleep, paralyze it, then put it to sleep. That should increase the rate of catching it, but if it doesn't, use a fight type Pokemon to attack, because heatran's weakness is fight.Capchiiwait till night then throw a whole bunch of dusk balls and ultra balls (use false swipe to make its health go really low and not kill it) then make it sleep and paralize it.Worked for me!!well you cant paralyze and put it to sleep,it wont let u.
