Most drivers only drive around in towns, which have street lighting.

There is a wiring loom behind the air bag this works the radio and horn it is about £6 takes about half an hour to change
Most likely the Relay has broken, you can pick one up for around £20 from a vauxhall dealer. Easy to change.
