Because their attracted to what they see on the outside, like sexy body, cute doll face, hotness, popularity. Their blinded by their beauty and so it causes them not to care about their personalities instead. Some boys are attracted to their looks because its like what they wanted or what they want to see. But some boys ARE like that, but they are afraid that once they get to know them, they would be afraid that their personality aren't what matches with their looks. Or what information about their personalities are good enough for them that they don't know that the girls they find attractive are very different.
