i had this same problem with my cat pheobe a few years ago, but it didnt really change her attitude in any way, to be honest, i think my cat got it just from fighting, something stupid like that, but it could be to do with what type of area they live in. i am no expert, so dont go off my advice completely, i would check with someone else to be sure

They expand and contract to adjust the amount of light that gets to the eye. Low light or dark and they expand. Bright light they contract

Cats eyes are adapted to see well in any kind of lighting. Snake eyes and cat eyes are similar in that respect.

Cats with stripes?

Yes, cats can have stripes. This coat pattern is called "Tabby". "Tabby" is the only coat pattern found in domestic cats that can have stripes. The Tabby patterning is found on many cats: Dark markings (stripes, swirls, spots) on a paler background. The stripe colour is solid (goes right to the hair root), but the background colour is banded with colour on each individual hair. There are four basic types of tabby (ticked, mackerel, classic, spotted) with variations on each of these types, and the Mackerel pattern usually has stripes all over the body, whereas a Classic pattern usually just has stripes on the tail and legs, with swirls and blotched patterns on the flanks.

Are Siamese cats hairless?

No they should remain the same. ----------------------- It depends what light they're in, as ALL cats are tabbys, but you just can't see their stripes most of the time. The easiest places to see the stripes are the paws and the tail. --- No, not all cats are tabbies. Cats that are not tabbies are called selfs and you cannot see tabby markings anywhere. Your Siamese is a tabby or lynx-point Siamese. Not all shows accept this, but most do. If the markings are only on the tail and not on the face or legs, it may be considered a fault in breed standards.

Yes in fact they can hear much better than humans ever could. White cats with no markings of their fur and blue eyes have a higher chance of being deaf to cats with other coat and eye colour mixtures.
