Why do cold water leaks inside my 1979 el camino car when ac is on?

the drain hose on the bottom of the ac/heater core box is plugged from under the hood on the right side (pass) look for a small hose/nipple on the bottom of the box you can try to squeeze it or pull it off and clean it out
