I don't know but you should take your poor dog to the vet & have it checked out. It may have rubbed it's nose too hard against something repeatedly to cause the sore. Or maybe it was stung by an insect. Any number of things can cause sores to appear on or near a dog's nose. I'm not a vet so I recommend you take it to one ASAP to make sure it's not something serious.
