Only from chickens destined for laying. They have no economic use - only tiny numbers are required to produce fertile eggs for producing replacement layers and they are not suitable for rearing on a large, commercial scale as meat birds.

Male's are viewed as being less useful. They can't lay eggs, they make a lot of noise, and one rooster can fertilize several hens. Generally people that raise chickens will have several hens and just a few roosters.

Will roosters kill baby chicks?

Its not usually the rooster you need to worry about. Most roosters just ignore the chicks. It's the other hens in the flock who will peck at the young ones. One misplaced peck will wound or stun a chick and unless the mother hen protects the little one the other hens will come in for the kill. Often the mother hen is guarding the other chicks when one gets into trouble. Whenever possible, it is best to keep the brood hen and chicks away from the other members of the flock until they are old enough to escape unwanted attention.

Do fully grown chickens attack baby ducklings if they are put together?

It's nearly guaranteed that they will kill the ducks, especially baby ones. They are different animals completely. My hen hatched her own chick and the others killed it two days later... If they will kill their own, they will kill ducks, too.
