Car overheated and ran out of gas wont start Toyota Camry?

You need to refill gas, check collant level, check that you don't have any warning lights on. Disconnect you battery for couple minutes to reset your onboard computer. If it didn't work check you spark plugs for presence of the collant inside of pistions. If you have some water spark plugs will be and will not drive quickly like it would be you they had some gas on.

How do you change the spark plugs on a 2001 Toyota tacoma with a 24L?

You need a six extension and a spark plug socket with a rubber stop inside. The spark plugs are located on top of the engine. They are about 4 inchs inside the head. Using the extenion put the socket with the rubber piece inside which will grip the plugs when they are unscrewed allowing you to remove the plugs. When installing use the same socket but press the plugs inside the socket so they are being gripped which will you to slowing lower them inside the head with the extension and get them started. I suggest you start them by hand.

Where is the front passenger side freeze plug on a 4.3 v 6?

its obvious once your under vehicle but the less obvious quesstion is why is it leaking has the motor been extremely overheated or exposed to freezing temps while not having the proper coolant if so this isnt your only problem its my experiance that freeze out plugs only come out of cracked blocks or motors that have been overheated to an insane amount so there is usually other damage hidden inside the motor
