Simple answer.... Only the relay is clicking.
2 types of window motors. 4 wire has one motor with transmission that allows movement in two directions (up,down)(forward, reverse). 2 wire window motors use the polarity of the magnets to determine which way to go.
If you hear the click you more than likely have a 4 wire window motor. I personally would follow the following steps to diagnose and repair the problem.
step 1.) visually inspect window track and make sure that nothing is blocking the window from operating correctly.
step 2.) if nothing obstructing, insure there is a good power source at the window motor. (11.4~13.0) should be about the same as the battery power. Also check the ground (negative).
If good power and ground and there is no actual motor operation replace it. while you are looking at the motor inspect the window regulator and make for certain that it isn't bent and nothing looks loose. If anything looks not normal replace it. Its better to only have to be in the door once.
if it has an electric antena and a broken cord so it wont pull down it could click
If the windows on your 2002 Envoy will not go down, and you have replaced the driver's side master power switch, you should make sure that the window hasn't come off track. This would prevent the windows from going down and it would make a clicking sound.
Check to make sure that the windows haven't popped off the track. This would cause the windows in your 2002 Envoy to become stuck and not go down. If you replaced the driver's side master power switch and the locks work but the windows just make a clicking sound, this could help.
It's your car cooling down.....
how do i fit an electric window on a rover25,without the glass slipping down?
There is nothing symbolic about electric windows falling down. It simply means that the mechanism needs repair. There is no need to look for symbolic meaning in ordinary events.
When only the back windows are down, they make a thumping sound because of the air tightness of the car's cabin. Roll down a front window slightly and this will go away.
Check for blown fuse
You should go to control panel, click sounds, scroll down to Start Windows, aka windows startup sound, then click browse and find a sound that works This works for Xp and 7 I'm not sure how you change the startup sound in Windows Vista or 2000
the sound from your tires bouncing of the fence.
For windows and Windows XP computer icons can be deleted by left clicking your mouse and going down to the delete option. I am not sure for the Ipod Touch though, i only have a nano.
Put both windows down to their stops, then simulataneously bring both windows up to their stops. This should normalize the window function.
