Feminists get people to support their cause by appealing to logic - ridding society of prejudice and making everyone equal makes sense, it;s good for society and for the economy. Feminism also works to break-down oppression, and part of that includes making people understand oppression by showing how people are oppressed and understand how oppression works everyday.
