It may mean that you're making him feel uncomfortable. Next time he looks at you, just smile and then look away. That way he'll have to approach you if he wants any further contact. If he doesn't do that, try it one more time. If that doesn't work, then you know that he isn't interested or he may be intimidated.

∙ 14y agoThere could be several reasons for this. Maybe you're just sitting in the way where he'd naturally look without thinking anything when he's bored. If it's not that, he's most likely interested in you. If you're interested in him too, show him that you know he's looking and that you're enjoying it by smiling back at him and looking into his eyes, even if just for a very short time. Otherwise just ignore it or show him you don't like it by giving him an angry look.
