Harp seals live in the Arctic Region while Penguins live in the Antarctic region. They are in complete opposite poles so there is NO POSSIBILITY that HARP SEALS can even encounter common penguins in the South Pole. Leopard seals predate penguins, NOT HARP SEALS.
