Well, perhaps you're being too rough on yourself. If you're talking about other people fingering you, then, I have no idea, but if you're doing it to yourself, you probably just need to keep it gentle, or maybe clip your fingernails. If neither of these suggestions help, see your gynecologist. He/she'll know what's happening.
