Why do i feel someone is watching me?

• Humans have a sixth sense (gut feeling) and often if someone is watching them they are very much aware even if they cannot see the person. Some people just simply people watch, while others may be very interested in that particular person and are too shy to confront the person so they admire them from afar. Then there are others that may be stalking a person. If a person has the feeling of being uneasy such as the feeling of hair standing up on the back of their neck; goose bumps or a fear they should be very aware of their surroundings; stay with groups of people and not go down lonely, dark streets or underground parking lots and listen to their gut instinct. Especially woman alone that have this feeling and may be coming home in the dark they are wiser to walk in the middle of the road down the neighborhood then walk on the sidewalk near bushes or trees. Even if the woman has no money she can hail a cab and perhaps have a relative or friend pays the fare at the destination. If walking near shops and the woman feels she is being followed she should go into the shop and stay there and have a parent; relative or friend picks her up. It is far better to be safe than sorry. If someone attacks cry 'fire' and not 'rape' as the word 'fire' will get more people's attention than crying 'rape.'

Whenever you may feel like someone is watching you it may be you making a uncomfortable feeling enter your mind because you may be lonely and in need of a companion, which is done subconsciously so you may think that someone is watching you but really its your conscience trying to make u feel as if someone cares about you enough to watch you, but if someone is in a relationship with you and you find that the relationship is empty its your mind giving you ques that you need someone that will actually take care of you.
