You probably are sick in some way. You should ALWAYS seek professional medical advice when you are feeling very sick, especially if it is some illness that is unexpected or different from what you usually experience. If you have a fever, there is no question that you need medical attention. In your place I would try an OTC pain reliever, strictly according to prescription, and I would call my doctor's office if I did not feel better in a hour or two. If you have recently traveled from a part of West Africa that is dealing with Ebola, then ask no questions and do not hesitate. Get to a hospital ASAP.
