Jacks hop because its easy for them. their legs are set at just the right angle and lenght to give them the right force to hop. they have powerful back leg muscles which allow them to get pretty good distance while hopping or jump up in the air pretty dang far. this is why they are the perfect dogs for agility contests.
yes
No such thing as a Minaiture Jack russell, they are either Parson russell which is longer in the leg so a little taller or the smaller jack russell which was bred from the Parsons by mixing with other terriers eg: Fox terriers to acheive a shorter dog now known as the Jack Russell
Long leg Jack's get to be about 20 inches or shorter on all fours and no longer than about 14 inches long. The short leg Jacks get to be about 14 inches or shorter on all fours and no longer than about 12 inches long
The difference bettween a Jack Russell Terrier and a Parson Russell Terrier is the Parson Russell Terrier has Longer legs and therfore is not as stocky as the Jack Russell terrier, but because the Parson Russell Terrier has longer legs it is also a little faster Than the Jack Russell terrier. The Parson is recognised by the Kennel Club, it is a "pedigree dog" with a breed standard. The Jack Russell comes in many shapes and sizes, it is not recognised by the K.C. and has no breed standard. They both can have rough, broken or smooth coats.
i hop!!
they could easily take a chunk out of someones leg. they don't usually bite, unless they are provoked.
You hop.
They hop as they are, made from construction paper to save time for the leg movements
Yes they are, they only have forlegs at birth.
hop, glide, turn, put, reverse leg
No I don't think you can because the flip flop is very light and not hard so when you hit it against the dogs leg it will not hurt. The dogs leg is hard and sturdy.
