Getting grounded is a kid's punishment for doing something wrong. It serves as a consequence that the kid learns will happen if he does the wrong thing. All forms of punishment are made to displease the kid in any way where it won't repeat the bad action. This teaches the kid to be a better adult and make good choices later on. Then the kid will eventually become a parent and teach their child the same way.
Because spanking works better for some children.
Kids get grounded for many reasons. Three reasons why are: bad test grade, bullying, and not doing homework because they were playing on the computer or because they were watching too much TV.
I think the best age would be the Medieval age.
to teach there kids they did something wrong and to teach them a lesson
Sean is the kids dad and Walt is the grandad
Because Brian McFadden was naughty, and Shane Filan told his Dad. Then Brian's dad said "That's it, you're grounded, grounded, grounded, grounded, grounded, grounded, grounded, grounded, grounded, grounded, grounded, grounded, grounded, grounded, grounded, grounded, grounded, grounded. Go to your room. NOW!" Brian then cried to his room, only to jump out of his window, then onto a tree. Then there was Shane. Shane had a gun, then shot Brian. Brian McFadden died.
It shouldn't happen routinely, but if a serious enough problem develops, then absolutely this should be an option.
