Why do kids wet the bed?

Maybe they have a bladder control problem. They should not have anything to drink after 4:00pm and see if that works because if there is nothing in the bladder then they shouldn't have to empty it.

That is dangerous. That means they heve nothing to drink for 17 hours which makes the urine very strong and irritating, therefore MORE likely to lose control, not less.

At 15 about 1% of Boys are still wetting the bed, but unless he has a nerve conduction problem it is more likely to be a habit. He really needs a medical investigation and medical help. He must be at a great disadvantage at sleepovers etc, and will certainly want to be dry before he goes to college. Get him to go to the doctor, either a pediatrician specializing in this problem or a urologist.

There could be several reasons. If this happens frequently, see a doctor because it could be a medical problem. If it's just once in a while, it could be related to stress or a traumatic situation that has recently occurred. It could be that the child simply does not wake up when he/she has to go. Is the child a heavy sleeper? Try to limit liquids after 6pm. (If you already know that -- sorry!)

I dont know why other ten year old ten do, but I know I do because in my dreams I see someone peeing. When I see that golden stream flowing into the toilet, it makes me need to pee. So in my dream, I have to go pee. In my dream I walk over to the toilet, and I let the liquids in my bladder escape in a golden stream. Ahh! Well their can be many reason why she just started wetting so here is a few things you should check. 1 You should have her checked out for a UTI which can cause someone to wet the bed. 2 Other body changes could have triggered it see she is near the age of begging her period so that will increases her hormones production and other chemicals that's in the body. 3 She could be under alot of stess with trying to fit in at school and the stress of school or other changes in the home life and such. 4 The last thing on the list is that she is just doing it to get your attetion just her way of acting out. No matter what the reason behind it you should always stand behind them 100%. The best thing you can do for them is to go to the store and get some diapers or Goodnites for them wear at night its not a way to stop it but you do at lest wake up dry in the morning.

Boys that hit puberty should not wet-the-bed. It must be caused by some health problems.
