Kittens will act very clumsy for the first few weeks. If they fall asleep sitting, they may also bob their heads as they bounce from being partially awake, to deep in sleep. ∙ 15y agoThe most common reason is ear mites. Look in their ears. If you see a build up of dirt, they might have ear mites. Taking them to the vet would be a good idea.
