Jains have different deities, the most important ones, being tirthankaras.
Hinduism differs in a way that any one can become Hindu, while still following their gods. Hinduism is basically a way of lifestyle & belief.
== == In theory, Jains do not worship deities, they contemplate on the 24 Tirthankaras (a bit like Buddhas) such as Mahavira and Parshvanath. However, many ordinary Jains often pray to Hindu deities and a lot of Jain temples will often be decorated with images of minor Hindu deities such as Saraswati (the Hindu Goddess of learning).

Hello there Interesting question. The fact is that God is "not theirs", "not yours", "not mine" yet God is for everyone..... People in India are comprised of many religious faiths..the predominant one being Hinduism>followed by Muslims>then Christians>then Sikhs> then Jains> then Buddhists> then Jews....and many other factions that are present in that Country. Each person worships "God"in the manner that their religious concepts dictate.....so all worship "the One" in ways that are Many.
They worship with the help of flowers, agarbatti and many such types of things.
The Hindu's worship so many Gods because they believe that for every main element in life, there is a God for it. Hence, there is a God for maintenance, creation, destruction, wisdom, wealth, ect. this beleif is called polytheism
Hindus believe in one God and that is the creator, omnipotent all pervading, called Brahma. However, the hindus worship many manifestations of this god and they are called deities. One cannot name any one diety as prominent as hindus have a choice on which diety/dieties they want to worship. However,in most sacred rituals, Lord Ganesha is worshipped first as he is believed to ward off all obstacles.
Many Hindu's and other Indians worship the Cobra and often charm and train them.
