There is no way to tell that for certain, but quite possibly it is because you are both living on similar schedules because you spend so much time together. Some people also think that people can develop unconscious links to each other when they grow close. Some couples that have been married for many years swear by it. But it doesn't happen to everyone, so it is a hard thing to prove either way.
