No. I believe some heroines may be overrated, but there are many male heroes that are overrated as well. It is wonderful that women and girls have the option and empowerment to look up to or be heroines.

Look at Halle Barry in Catwoman, Milla Jovovic on Resident Evil, etc. Those women are in great physical shape, and although they are thin, you can tell they do work out.
