Why do most questions on this website sound like they came from a kid's homework paper?

Children do not have good moral values yet, and they do not understand why they need to do their one work, so you will see a lot of them coming here and just copying their homework questions in to see if someone else will do the work for them. They also do not understand that this is not a search engine, and that it can take weeks for their question to be answered!
However, you will also see a lot of thoughtful questions here as well, from people who have tried a search engine and not gotten the sort of answer they want from it!

Actually, many of the questions are indeed homework. There is nothing wrong with using this site for homework help if the ones asking actually learn something. When math problems are requested, it is best to give all the work and any tips and tricks used. That way, it won't be just giving the answer, but showing how to get it and how to apply the logic to other math problems.Where we do have a problem is when they ask multiple choice type questions, usually without the choices, and want us to just give them the answers. Those types of questions are not accepted, and any responses that come from copyrighted learning materials will be deleted.
