I answered my own question! XD
so if this happens to you and u know that your not allergic, then the answer is that your lips are sensitive. try putting on petroleum jelly on before you apply lip sticks and lip glosses (wait for 2 minutes after petroleum jelly so that its not so slippery when you apply lip stick!)
