i have a 2002 grand marquis and when i driving on the highway at speed of 60 to 70 the light of traction control star to flash way is the problem
There is a switch in the glove box to turn it off.

Probably a bad front wheel bearing/hub assembly with the abs sensor in it
Open glove box and look the the left side of the opened glove box. There is a button there that can be pushed in to turn it off. Also check your owners manual.
where is the ignition control module located on mercury marquis
If it has traction control, there would be a "trac off" switch on the dash.
where is the heater control valve
Which ever one has the least traction, unless it's limited slip.
ETS on a GT means Enhanced Traction System (ETS) or Traction Control.
click ETS next to the Hazard Lights
The wiper control module on a 1998 Mercury Grand Marquis can be found behind the instrument panel. It is close to the steering column, on the right side.
