Parents usually are not aware, or the child has no real parents. Most gang members are homeless, orphans, or live in bad conditions.
look kid, gangs are not cool. if you want run around with your friends and a bunch of guns, do something positive and join the army, or be a cop
yes
They pressure kids into joining gangs. Also they say people will like them better if they joined the gang or other interesting activities and things that will affect the kid once they join the gang. But all together its peer pressure from the people already in the gang. They also promise a better life...kids that join gangs seems to have a less than glamorous existence and other members then promise them a better one.

Wimpy kid alert
Yes and no. They have to include the 18-year old's information on the policy, but if the kid doesn't drive, they can EXCLUDE him from the policy. This will allow the parents to be covered if the kid takes the car without permission, because it will be considered theft.
If a kid does youtube videos, it does not prevent the kid from being taken away from his parents for other reasons. If a kid does youtube videos, and there is sufficiently objectionable content in them, that might warrant the kid being taken away from his parents.
