Well, with age comes privilege. But, if you feel you are ready to "kiss" then you should explain to your parents that is a very natural sign of affection. In some countries it is actually a form of greeting(hi and bye). Everyone shares a kiss with another person every now and then. and I'm sure your parents have kissed before, too.
