Wiki is a free website where people ask and answer out of their interest and not for money. There are some people who consistently logon and try to answer all the questions they know. There are a bunch of people who answer on a dedicated basis but still the number of new questions far outnumber the number of people available to answer them. The supervisors and other community members are trying their best to answer as many questions as possible.

Since "dumb" describes someone who cannot/will not speak, there may be some people of that ilk who answer questions here. If you are implying that people of questionable intelligence frequent this site, this site has no IQ requirement for participation. It depends on how many people see the post and if they actually know the answer. Also the people that answer the questions are volunteers so they're not required to answer the questions instead they do it on their free time. hope it helps
