People visit Eastbourne for loads of reasons I own a small guest house and we are busy all year round. We have international guests who base themselves in Eastbourne and they use the public transport links to visit London, Brighton and Hasting etc. Brighton is so over priced and over populated people now look at Eastbourne with a different view. Hive of activity with language schools, Brighton Uni etc. Young families make use of the level promenade, in line skaters as well as wheelchair users.
We have the pier, sea, south downs beachy head is amazing. Tribute bands at the bandstand, International Tennis and don't forget Airbourne week end. As a guest house we know there is something happening most week ends.
