The best thing to do with not feeling comfortable with society is to sit by yourself and write down why you feel uncomfortable with society. You should also seek counseling for this problem. Sometimes an individual can feel shy; have no self confidence which can lead to a lack of faith in that's individuals life. Volunteering is a good way to meet some great people who give of themselves and can renew your faith in society. It is quite normal for people on occasion to feel society isn't worth the effort you may have put into it and were hurt in the process; but, eventually you will realize there are a lot of good people out there and that's why joining as a volunteer at something you are interested in will get you back on track.
