Club Penguin is a safe site and it is easy to register for your own free, limited, penguin, if you would like full features, you can upgrade to a membership where you can buy clothing, go in certain rooms in a party, decorate your igloo, add your igloo to the map, and so much more! If you aren't a member, I'd suggest you become one, if you aren't allowed with your parents permission go to a Club Penguin Cheat website and if there are any contests for a free membership, try to join a contest. But anyway, whether you are a member or a nonmember, Club Penguin is surely to be awesome! YEAH, WORD, DAWG, WORD
