Crocodiles are dangerous predators which are quite capable of killing and eating people; in addition they are much uglier than many other predators such as lions and tigers, which can also kill and eat people but which are at least better looking. Furthermore, crocodiles are sneaky. They like to hide in the water, then suddenly attack the unwary creatures that come to drink. We object to this tactic.
