Either they have a day busting work schedule, they don't feel good enough to eat, or it just slips their mind. It is recommended though that you eat at least SOMETHING in the morning. High calorie is always the best for breakfast.

Why is it good to have breakfast?

Eating breakfast helps to ensure that you're not starving by midday, at which point a person is more prone to eating something "unhealthy" (e.g breakfast pastries, muffins etc...) just because they're really hungry. Eating a balanced breakfast (including slow released carbohydrates and some protein) can also help protect against the late-afternoon energy slump which some people experience.

How many people eat breakfast around the world?

Since the word 'breakfast' means literally to'break the fast' you can assume that anyone who eats anything after waking from the night's sleep (the fast--period of not eating) is eating breakfast--so probably every person in the world who gets to eat at some time during his or her waking hours, eats breakfast.
