A teacher exchange is when a teacher from one country exchanges places with one from Another Country. Ie they swap jobs, usually for a year. This means that they live in the other teachers home/drive their care and do their job. This can be more convenient then moving to another country as you can easily go home and you dont have to organise as much when you go to the exchange country.
because it helps a teacher to exchange his ideas n to improve his knowledge

Agnes Sibley has written: 'Exchange teacher'
A teacher exchange program exposes a teacher to the teaching methods and students of other countries. After such exchange, the teacher will (hopefully) know more about students from other countries (such as special practices, school structure and organisation, etc). This way, if a student from such country is in the teacher's class, he/she can help the student adapt more quickly. The teacher can also adapt more quickly if he/she goes to teach at a school in such country. This would develop a teacher as a global teacher.
No, it is legal to exchange money with people on the street.
People's Teacher of the USSR was created in 1977.
One would be able to find information on becoming an exchange student from multiple sources such as senior students who have completed the exchange student program before, the teacher in charge of organising the exchange program, or from online websites that are dedicated to the exchange student program.
