We have stomachs because when we turn 56 the stomach turns inside out and eats first our pancreas and everything else. We must prevent this by removing our stomach before these changes. We can do this by eating a dog that's about 1000 pounds. thanks

because they train it by doing lots of sit ups and do other tiring things to the stomach to get it stronger
