Simply because human beings will eat ANYTHING they develop a taste for ! Whether that's something like haggis (sheep offal mixed with bran and cornmeal, stuffed into the lining of a sheep's stomach) to 'sweetmeats' - which are sheep testicles !
As far as I am aware, Turks do not eat snake meat. It is generally considered haram according to Islamic Law and I have never heard of a Turkish dish in which snake meat was served.

the eat snakes because there tasty but not allot of people Chinese people eat it because sometimes they don't have food * I know in many Asian countries people eat snakes eg Philippines. Maybe in all countries where snakes are found but I'm not sure about that.
