Why do people in the Islam religion accept how things are in a mosque?

Since I'm Muslim this is why. The things to do in a mosque is to pray, read Quran, and do ziker(reading on fingers). Also religious teachings are there. So its like going to your religious places. That's why Muslims accept it. There is nothing bad there.

The world may be more willing to accept people who are different if it wasn't for religion. On the other hand, religion could be preventing people from doing things that may be considered worse.
