∙ 12y agoMany people like shiny Pokemon because of their rarity, or they think that shiny Pokemon look better than non-shiny ones. It should be noted, however, that shiny Pokemon (except for in the 2nd generation) are not necessarily more powerful than Pokemon that are not shiny.
