Because, sometimes in the human brain problems can occur; like in computers but these problems are more complex and harder to understand depending or your perception of REALITY; see humans tend to get distracted easily when at least more than 15 actions are taking place inside and outside the brain and body. This leads to the same conclusion that some scientists have already declared; that if you cannot focus and pay attention and or bored you must be (ADD) or (ADHD). this statement is false because, then that would mean every human on earth has that problem. the truth is either it is bordeom or lack of attention span depending on the situation. like if your a girl and the guy keeps staring or looking at your friend that means he don't like you or hes cheating and or you the girl just don't hold his attention. the solution is practice serious conversations with whomever your trying to keep eye contact.
