Just like in any sport, people from WWE scout wrestlers in other companies and sign them. Some people get in the easy way,for example being a son of a WWE superstar like Randy Orton, and some people get in the hard way like Chris Jericho who traveled around the world in Japan and Mexico and Europe before being noticed by the WWE. So basicly you can't just walk in the WWE doors, it takes years of practice to perform all those moves safely and more years to be good enough for the mainstream.
