People can be put off by games with long playing times; combine this with a long setup time and complex rules, and people are going to wander off back to WoW.
when you buy a heroscape master set it will always come with a rule book that will tell you how to play if you have brought only an expansion set you wont have enough figures to play properly and should buy a master set
