Why do people on youtube ask for you to double click the like button?

Because they don't know any better ? They also doubleclick on photos and links on the internet.
Maybe we should tell them to only click once ...[there are websites that tell them to doubleclick, as long as this misunderstanding is still spread by even by webdevelopers there will be doubleclickers :-)
